Step 2: Billing

Upon receipt of our email, you will be provided with details concerning the payment schedule and instructions for your monthly amortization payments via Post-Dated Checks (PDCs). To confirm your agreement with the payment terms, we kindly request that clients sign and return the Schedule of Payment along with the complete set of PDCs and any other required documents to our head office. If special arrangements are necessary for document submission, please reach out to us via email at ________.

Additionally, as part of our standard credit investigation process, clients are requested to provide supplementary documents to assess their financial capacity.

Required Documents

For Individual Buyers:

  • Duly completed and signed reservation forms
  • Proof of the paid reservation fee (if payment is conducted through online banking or remittance)
  • Photocopy of a passport or any valid government-issued ID with a legible signature for all names listed in the reservation forms and contracts
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and/or a completed and signed BIR form 1904 for all names in the reservation forms and contracts
  • Original notarized or consularized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for buyers residing abroad
  • PSA Certified Marriage Certificate (for married buyers) or PSA Certified Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for single buyers
  • Proof of Income (applicable to buyers with outstanding payments through Bank or Pag-Ibig financing)

For Corporate / Partnership / Association Buyers:

  • Duly completed and signed reservation forms
  • Proof of the paid reservation fee (if payment is made through online banking or remittance)
  • Photocopy of a passport or any valid government-issued ID with a legible signature for the authorized officer’s name, as it appears in the reservation forms and contracts
  • Two (2) certified true copies of SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Two (2) certified true copies of Articles of Incorporation
  • Two (2) certified true copies of By-laws
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) and/or a completed and signed BIR form 1903 or 2303 for the company and its authorized officer
  • Two (2) original copies of Notarized Board Resolution or Secretary’s Certificate authorizing the purchase of the specified condominium unit and parking slot, and designating and appointing the officer authorized to sign all documents
  • Latest Community Tax Certificate of the corporation
  • Proof of Financial Capacity Documents

For Locally Employed Clients:

  • Copy of the latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

For Self-employed or Business Owners:

  • Original certificate of Employment with position and compensation (notarized)
  • Copy of the latest 2 months’ pay slips
  • Copy of the latest 3 months’ bank statement (where payroll is credited)
  • Copy of Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Copy of Business Registration
  • Copy of the Mayor’s Permit
  • Copy of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Permit
  • Copy of the latest Financial Statement (where the monthly income is deposited)

For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs):

  • Copy of Certificate of Employment or Contract
  • Copy of the latest 2 months’ pay slips
  • Copy of the latest 3 months’ proof of remittance or allotment slips
  • Copy of the latest 3 months’ bank statement (where the allotment slips are deposited)
