Step 1: Reservation

To kickstart your reservation process, our dedicated Sales Representative will inquire about your preferred unit type and payment terms. This information is essential for crafting your Unit Sample Computation.

Once you’ve reached a consensus on the terms and pricing, it’s time to submit the necessary documentation to your Sales Agent or Broker. These documents include:

  • Signed Buyer’s Information Sheet and Reservation Application (RDA-BIS).
    Please specify your preferred contact method (Mobile Text, Email, or Registered Mail) so we can send important documents through your chosen channel.
  • A signed Computation Sheet (CS).
  • The Clients Registration Form (CRF).
  • Valid Government-issued ID/s with the specimen signatures of both the client and their spouse, if applicable.
  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for local clients, and a Consularized SPA for international clients, if applicable.
  • Proof of the Reservation Fee or evidence of payment if you’ve chosen online banking or remittance as your payment method.
