Step 7: Unit Inspection and Acceptance

The developer will notify the Principal Buyer(s) that their unit is ready, and a schedule for unit inspection will be arranged.

This phase grants new homeowners, or their designated Special Power of Attorney (SPA) representatives, the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive examination of their unit following its completion and turnover.

Throughout the inspection, a technical representative will be on hand to assist with the unit viewing process. It is essential for clients to meticulously compare the current condition of the turned-over unit or project with the specifications outlined in the contract, ensuring that it aligns with the agreed-upon proposal.
